Great for someone who works nights! A one bedroom apartment above the South Park Tavern at 1301 Wayne Ave. for $425 / month. Tenant pays their own electric. This unit has central AC/Heat and use of a common washer/dryer shared with the other apartment there.
Obviously, with the Tavern downstairs open until 1am and bands playing, this apartment would be best for someone who works late hours and wouldn’t mind the Tavern below. In fact, with the Tavern’s popularity, the right person might really like it!
