Success! More than 20 rain barrels were distributed today thanks to the efforts of Holly DiFlora, the Ohio Chapter of the Sierra Club and Malt Products. After the next rainfall, friends and neighbors now have the capacity to collect more than 1,100 gallons of water that can be used to water lawns and gardens in the area!
If you missed today’s session and are interested in learning more, visit our web page at https://www.historicsouthpark.org/neighborhood-diy-rain-barrel-workshop-sunday-may-4/ and sign up to be on the waiting list.
If there’s enough interest, we’ll do this workshop again, soon!
Thanks to everyone who came out today to make this event such a success!
Here are a few photos from the event.
