Thanks to one of South Park’s philanthopric investors, Full Circle Development, Historic South Park is blooming beautiful in more ways than one. Theresa Gasper, Full Circle’s founder and president, donated 1,000 tulip bulbs and pulled together a team to plant them in South Park’s green spaces. The team devoted two recent weekend mornings to the cause. Last year, Theresa donated 1,000 daffodil bulbs, and led the team’s planting efforts. We’re sure you noticed!
