Come to Blommel Park (Jay & Park Dr) at 5PM for a free hot dog, a photo of your kids in costume, and then line up for the parade. Show off your costumes, pose for selfies and fuel up before you hit the streets in search of candy.
The parade starts at around 5:45PM and usually covers about two blocks.
By 6 o’clock–the start of Beggars’ Hours–all young costumed creatures are set free to trick or treat.
