Thanks to the quick work of local contractors L.J. DeWeese, Phase I of the Boulevard beautification project is complete. Phase II will begin in about two weeks by Belgray of Dayton. They will tackle the 100 and 300 blocks, repairing sidewalks and putting up reproduction street lamps, and completing the electrical work. Belgray plans to finish pouring concrete and re-seeding the grass before the cold weather arrives. It will be a lovely holiday present for Historic South Park!
